Sound#

Introduction #

The pink Sound cards control sounds from the 123 Robot.

Below is a list of available cards:

play honk – Plays a sound similar to a car horn.
play doorbell – Plays a sound similar to a doorbell chime.
play crash – Plays a sound similar to a collision.
play random – Randomly selects and plays the honk, doorbell, or crash sound.

play honk #

The play honk card makes the 123 Robot play a sound similar to a car horn.

A pink Coder Card that reads play honk.

Example

Drive forward 1 step, then honk.

A red Coder Card that reads when start 123.

A blue Coder Card that reads drive 1.

A pink Coder Card that reads play honk.

play doorbell #

The play doorbell card makes the 123 Robot play a sound similar to a doorbell chime.

A pink Coder Card that reads play doorbell.

Example

Drive up to an object, then ring the doorbell.

A red Coder Card that reads when start 123.

A blue Coder Card that reads drive until object.

A pink Coder Card that reads play doorbell.

play crash #

The play crash card makes the 123 Robot play a sound similar to a collision.

A pink Coder Card that reads play crash.

Example

Drive until the robot crashes, then play the crash sound.

A red Coder Card that reads when start 123.

A blue Coder Card that reads drive until crash.

play random #

The play random card makes the 123 Robot randomly select and play a sound effect: the honk, doorbell, or crash sound.
