Striker#
Striker is the VEX V5 Hero Bot used in the V5RC 23-24 Over Under Playground.
Robot Overview#

Striker supports standard VR controls and sensors such as the Inertial Sensor and Brain Timer, with additional Striker-specific features covered in Robot-Specific Blocks and Robot-Specific Python.

The arm can be raised and lowered. This allows the robot to do things like transport game objects. By default, the arm starts at 0 degrees and will be fully lowered when spun forward for 1200 degrees. |

The intake can be spun forward and in reverse. This allows the robot to collect and score game objects. The intake will collect a Triball when spun forward 360 degrees and score or drop a Triball when spun in reverse for 360 degrees. |

Tracks elapsed time since the project started. |
The GPS Sensor uses the Cartesian coordinate system for navigation, with the center of the field at the origin (0, 0) and extending 1800 mm in each direction.
